Refund Policy

I am not to be held responsible for lost or mis delivered packages and can not refund for items that are marked and tracked as delivered by the USPS tracking, to the address provided by you. It is your responsibility to provide me with a correct address and provide your mail carriers with a safe place to deliver your packages. It is your responsibility to contact your post office and have them track a lost package for you. Or simply ask your Post office to hold your packages for pick up if you are worried about the weather or theft or mis deliveries. 

Mail theft is a Federal crime and should be reported immediately. I can not be held responsible for theft from your mail box or home.

I am a small home business, struggling to survive and can not be known as the shop who just refunds items because a person said their item did not arrive to their home. Anyone can say this and I have no proof of the truth in it. If is says it was delivered to you then you will need to speak with your post master on this matter.

 Although I do offer refunds on the purchase of goods that I may have made a mistake on and sent the wrong item. As I am human and mistakes happen. Please contact me right away if this happens with yhour purchase, I may contact you if I feel I had made a mistake, I will pay for the return of such a mistake and refund or replace the item when the item is returned, with a free gift for the hassel.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item because it was damaged or wrong item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
